As well as providing specialised office space and undertaking your talent search for you, we also take care of your finance and payroll. Our office features full-time onsite HR, and payroll and administration services to ensure your staff and invoices are paid on time.

ONSITE MANAGEMENT

Our onsite managers facilitate and assist in the day-to-day operations of your staff, so you don’t have to spend the time worrying about it yourself. Integrated HRIS and biometrics track your staff time and record their attendance to ensure they’re showing up and actually doing their work.

24/7 IT SUPPORT

Our onsite IT service desk is available 24/7 to keep your offshore team up and running, and fix any integration issues between your office and ours. We provide all the necessary software to keep your staff in the loop with your onshore team.

STRAIGHTFORWARD PRICING

We make sure that our pricing structure is straightforward, with absolutely no hidden charges. You get charged for all regular utilities, with an Annual Service Review to ensure your service and expectation standards are met. And if you’re transferring staff from another BPO, we waive all your recruitment and set fees.
